The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers complete privacy thanks to its own pool, which is shared with the rest of the building, as well as a private parking space in the garage. The location is perfect – just a 3-minute by car or 10 min walk to the beach in Ičići and a 7-minute drive to the center of Opatija, making it an excellent choice for a holiday.
