Villa Vertent accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. The interior of the villa stands out for its elegance and brightness. With marble floors and bright white lighting, the spaces feel spacious and welcoming. Monochromatic furniture adds a contemporary touch, while large windows allow natural light to flood every corner of the house. All rooms are located on the ground floor, providing easy and convenient access.



The stylishly decorated living room includes a wood-burning stove, perfect for adding warmth on cooler days. From here, you can access a dining terrace that connects directly to the garden, creating an ideal spot to enjoy the views. The fully equipped kitchen features French doors leading to a charming breakfast terrace at the front of the house — perfect for starting the day outdoors.



The villa’s bedrooms and bathrooms are simple yet wonderfully sunny and bright. The master bedroom, with a double bed, includes an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub for maximum comfort. The second twin bedroom is particularly spacious, featuring a desk and chair, and has doors that open directly onto the garden terrace. From this room, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding farmland and distant mountains. There is also an additional family bathroom with a shower for guests’ convenience.



The garden and pool area are as special as the villa’s interior, offering a relaxing and private atmosphere. A green lawn surrounds the pool, complemented by colorful flowers and shrubs that add freshness, along with a beautiful old tree that provides natural shade. The pool is perfect for cooling off, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water.



Villa Vertent is undoubtedly an incredibly elegant home — ideal for a luxury holiday with family or friends, where the beauty of the landscape meets the comfort of modern design.

Free air conditioning is provided from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring comfort during the hottest hours of the day.



Important Information:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On check-out day, no rubbish should be left in the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Before your arrival date, we will send you an online check-in link to register all guests.
