Experience the glamour and luxury of the Côte d’Azur in this beautiful villa for 8, on the hillside above Cap Martin. This historic villa has been lovingly restored, preserving its soul but ensuring every comfort for guests. It offers a luxurious retreat for friends or family.

Set amongst olive trees and lush gardens, the villa has a private pool and plenty of outside space where guests can relax in peace. It is spread over four floors. The elegant rooms are interconnected by a series of arches. The villa is full of light thanks to numerous windows and doors that bring the outside indoors.

The villa is on the hillside, and the entrance is on the first floor. Here, guests will find a stylish sitting room with a contemporary sofa, a large flat-screen TV and an impressive marble fireplace. French windows open onto a private balcony. There is a larger balcony that wraps around the villa. This serves as a dining room for meals al fresco, overlooking the pool. There is also a comfortable outdoor seating area and a smaller dining table, next to stone steps that lead down to the swimming pool.

Back inside, the sleek modern kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. The villa has other seating areas where guests can relax and two other dining areas for indoor meals.

The private garden is well-tended and planted with lush Mediterranean plants as well as a mature olive tree that provides shade on sunny days. The terrace around the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, where guests can relax after a refreshing dip.

Bedroom 1: The stylish master bedroom has a double bed, armchairs, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom, with sea views, has a double bed with a wardrobe, a shaded private balcony and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: This airy bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. It also has an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Another stylish bedroom, which has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

Bathrooms
All four en suite bathrooms have a shower, basin and WC.
Bathroom 5: This separate bathroom includes a sauna, double basins and a WC.
Extra: There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

Location
High in the hills with views across the Baie de Roquebrune, this villa is ideally placed for guests to enjoy the beaches of the Côte d’Azur and the hiking trails in the hills by the coast. The villa is a short drive from two very beautiful beaches - Plage du Golfe Bleu (8 minutes) and Plage du Buse (6 minutes).

The medieval village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, with its famous 10th-century castle, is just a 5-minute drive. Here, guests can stroll in the heart of the small town and get a taste of life in the Middle Ages. There is also the impressive Sainte-Marguerite Church.

The villa is 15 minutes from Monte Carlo, so guests can easily explore this glamorous principality. You can even follow the old customs path and walk there in 1 hour, 20 minutes.

For self-catering, the market in the town of Carnolès (5 minutes) takes place every Wednesday and Thursday morning. Alternatively, there is a small supermarket 7 minutes away and larger ones in Carnolès.

Nice airport is just 35 minutes away. Menton railway station is a 15-minute drive.
