Nestled harmoniously within its natural surroundings, Villa Harmonia Blue is a stunning retreat that seamlessly blends traditional stone walls with a beautifully landscaped garden filled with native shrubs, flowers, and trees. Designed with modern luxury and comfort in mind, the villa offers breathtaking panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling glass walls that flood the interiors with natural light.



The villa is spread across two levels, each with its own private entrance, ensuring both privacy and convenience. The ground floor welcomes you into an open and spacious living area, featuring a striking two-story high ceiling, a contemporary eco-friendly fireplace, and sophisticated architectural elements. The open-plan kitchen is both stylish and functional, boasting elegant wooden work surfaces, a casual dining area, and top-of-the-line appliances. The master bedroom on this level has an open-plan layout, furnished with a luxurious King Size COCO-Mat bed and a sleek Jacuzzi bath for ultimate relaxation.



Accommodating up to five guests, Villa Harmonia Blue offers a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor guest bedroom (both with 180×200 double beds that can be converted into twins), and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The villa also features a separate washroom and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, spanning a total indoor living space of 110 sqm.



Situated in a serene rural hillside location, the villa is just 2 km from Kissamos town, 500 m from the nearest shop, and 1.5 km from the closest beach. The regional capital of Chania is a short 25-minute drive away, while Chania International Airport is located 55 km from the property. The villa is also within easy driving distance of charming villages, pristine beaches, and various local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.



Guests can enjoy a private 32 sqm infinity pool, which can be heated to approximately 28°C using a pool heat pump for an additional charge of EUR 560 per week. Should higher temperatures be required, an extra fee applies. To ensure optimal heating, a pool cover is provided and must be used. A minimum usage of five days is required, or for the entire stay if longer.



The villa comes equipped with air conditioning, a barbecue, private parking for two cars, climate control, a Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, free Wi-Fi, a telephone, a safe box, a hairdryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, in-house laundry facilities, luxury toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, fresh linens, and towels.



Guests benefit from personalized hospitality services provided by the villa manager, who is available daily to offer information, recommendations, restaurant and taxi bookings, and doctor-on-call services. Housekeeping is included, with cleaning every other day (except Sundays) and a linen and towel change twice weekly. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival.



Additional services such as airport transfers, private boat excursions, and tailor-made guided tours can be arranged upon request.



A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. The villa operates under specific booking conditions, including a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, depending on the booking dates. Pets are welcome, but smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
