Ground Floor
-Living room with: Corner sofa and fireplace, 65" HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, Direct access to the sunny pool terrace with stunning sea views
-Fully equipped modern kitchen, ideal for self-catered stays
-Dining options: Rectangular dining table in the kitchen, seating up to 8 guests, additional round glass dining table in the living area
-One air-conditioned, wheelchair-accessible bedroom featuring: Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), convertible into a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with accessible shower (also accessible from the living room), closet, 40" HDTV and PS5 console, direct access to the pool area


First Floor
Three ensuite bedrooms:
-Two bedrooms with Queen-size beds (1.60 x 2.00 m), each with a private balcony and sea views
-One bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), convertible into a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) upon request
-Laundry and storage room with a combined washing machine and dryer


Lower Floor
-One ensuite bedroom featuring: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ensuite bathroom with shower, 40" HDTV, self-controlled air conditioning, direct outdoor access
-Spa and wellness area including: Sauna, jacuzzi, shower, sitting/relaxation area

-50 m2 private infinity swimming pool. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge, requires at least one weeks advance notice, and applies to the entire stay

Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
