It is a luxury building with a shared pool and stunning views of the river and Gaia. Designed in a modern and elegant style, it provides guests with a bright and peaceful atmosphere in which to relax and unwind.

The living area features a cosy Murphy bed that can be readily lowered for a comfortable night’s sleep and folded away when not in use, a TV for relaxing evenings, a dining table, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen—perfect for cooking and socialising. It includes all essentials such as an oven, cooking plate, coffee maker, and cookware to prepare delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The building offers a beautiful outdoor terrace with a shared swimming pool, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunlight. The outdoor area is equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort, and a daily housekeeping service is available. Daily breakfast service is included in the stay.

Please note that access to the accommodation is by stairs.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee.
