About This Property
Located on the main shopping street in downtown Porto, Santa Catrina, where you can find everything from restaurants, shopping centers and fashion. It is a pleasant place to stroll, as it is a pedestrian street where you can also enjoy several terraces without the inconvenience of passing vehicles. The apartment is next to the "BOLHÃO" metro station which connects you directly to the airport, bus terminal and Campanhã train station.
The apartment with capacity for 4 people, is not shared, will have exclusive access to all areas, having two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds. However, in the case of two occupants you will have to choose one of the rooms, the one with two beds or the double room, whichever is most convenient. If you require single rooms, a supplement may apply upon request.
The apartment is fully equipped, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.
We have two lovely ladies that come to the apartments very often to do the cleaning when guests check out. They don't speak English but usually they will phone JOÃO and will find out what you want. You can ask ladies for JOÃO or ask something else related to apartment facilities. They are very friendly.
TOURIST TAX €3.00/DAY/PERSON UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 7 DAYS, APPLIED TO ALL PORTUGUESE AND FOREIGNERS AGED 13 OR OVER, EXCEPT MEDICAL TREATMENTS AND DISABILITIES OF 60% WITH THE RIGHT TO AN ACCOMPANIOR.
All guests must present their IDENTIFICATION. Passports and/or identification cards, these only for citizens of the EUROPEAN UNION, are required for check in.
Documents must be sent here, Airbnb, through photos to be attached, immediately before check in. The data must be sent to the SEF police (foreigners and borders/migration police).
Only guests are allowed to stay in the guest apartment, depending on the number of people booked.
Access to rooms depends on the number of guests in the reservation. So for every 2 guests there is access to 1 room. Guests who wish to book a single room will have to request a reservation and pay a single room supplement.
Parties and/or events are not permitted, nor are people from outside the reserve allowed to be present.
