About This Property
The open-plan living space is full of light thanks to large windows and the glass door that opens onto a private balcony. The balcony acts as an extension to the indoor space. It is furnished with a sofa and a dining table, for meals al fresco overlooking the verdant gardens opposite.
Back inside, the seating area has a contemporary sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The corner kitchen, at the back of the living room, is well equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, an electric kettle and fridge.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The light-filled master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a stylish wardrobe. It has a private balcony, where guests can relax with a cup of coffee, and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a glass door out to the main balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathroom 1: This en suite bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a basin, bidet and WC.
Bathroom 2: The separate tiled bathroom is equipped with a full bath with a showerhead, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town, which is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
One of Menton’s nicest beaches, Plage des Sablettes Est is just a 10-minute walk along the seafront. Alternatively, guests can head east over the border into Italy and spend a day on the famous Spiaggia dei Balzi Rossi (5-minute drive).
All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute drive). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food, including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.
The best way to explore the coast is by train and the local Menton Garavan station is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. From here you can travel east into Italy or westwards along the Côte d’Azur to Monte Carlo (25 minutes) and Nice (45 minutes).
Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 50 minutes away by car.
