Located on the 5th floor (with a lift) of a well-kept residential complex this modern apartment is conveniently situated close to a pedestrian area in central Menton, close to the seafront.

The property comfortably sleeps 5 guests and enjoys a spacious open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a large flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates a kitchen equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an american style coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Outside, there is a pretty balcony with views of the surrounding area and the sea, perfect for alfresco aperitifs or a morning coffee.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The spacious first bedroom enjoys access to a balcony and is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. This room also has a separate dressing room.

Extra: There is a double sofa bed in the living room with a movable partition wall to allow privacy

Location

The property is located on the Côte d\'Azur in the charming coastal town of Menton. The property is centrally located in the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. Guests will find amenities including; a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. For the best local produce visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 5-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries.

The Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the Old Port are both a 9-minute walk. Visitors can also enjoy the Jean Cocteau Museum which showcases a large collection of his works and in February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits. Beach lovers are spoilt for choice with three beaches within a 10-minute walk - the closest is Plage de Fossan.

The closest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), a 35-minute drive from the accommodation.
