The swimming pool has a covered dining area and is surrounded by olive-tree clad hillsides on either side, with the sea a fabulous blue catching the eye from every angle. Inside, a palette of gentle greys, taupes, ochre and lilac shades blend into a timeless backdrop for a soothing and restful refuge, with the wonderful ocean views framed by the patio windows.

Comfort and an inviting ambience is the inspiration of the owner, with cosy sofas in the main living area and a lovely grey granite kitchen for simple breakfasts and sumptuous dinners. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor opening out onto the pool terrace, and the crowning glory is the master double bedroom on the first floor with magnificent views from the private balcony with glass panels enhancing the vistas, each has a sophisticated glass shower per bedroom and there is a second seating area upstairs.
