Villa

Set on the rising coastline, overlooking the sea, where you can see, on clear days, right across to the mainland and watch ferries, sailing boats and pleasure yachts plying their way to and fro. Villa Sakos is beautifully finished and designed to be ideal for families or groups of up to three couples, each double bedded bedroom has either a bathroom or shower room en-suite. There is a sofa bed in the larger bedroom for those who require a room with two beds - maybe for teenagers or children.



Location

In a quiet area just out of town, it’s 1.2 kms along the coast from the laid back resort of Skala and a pleasant evening stroll can be followed by a returning short taxi ride back.

If you’d rather not move even that far from the Villa (perfectly understandable), then within a 5 minute walk there is a lovely little undiscovered pebbly cove with beautiful clear water.

There is also a choice between two excellent tavernas just a short walk away.

Kitchen area - run of fitted cupboards, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic 4 ring hob, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), fridge freezer, sink.

Sitting area - black leather sofa, two occasional chairs, plasma TV (limited channels/news only) and DVD player, sea view window, door to covered terrace and garden. Air Con unit

Dining area - table and chairs, sea view window.

Double Bedroom - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to garden terrace with table and chairs, sea view window. Air Con Unit.

Shower room - Walk in shower, hand basin, WC and washing machine.



First Floor

Double Bedroom with en suite bath room - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to sea view balcony with table and chairs. En suite bath with shower attachment, hand basin, WC. Air Con Unit.

Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking is in a parking bay above the Villa, with several steps down to the entrance.
