Quietly situated on the second floor of a historic 4-story building, the property has been thoughtfully designed with a typical Mediterranean colour palette and characterful vintage furniture.

The bright and airy open plan living space is furnished with a corner sofa, a large armchair and a Smart flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a Dolcegusto coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and a dining table.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and features the original French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also features beautiful French doors that open onto a Juliet balcony. This room is furnished with two single beds, a desk and a wardrobe.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathrooms

Bathroom: The colourful, tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin, a WC and incorporates a small utility room with a washing machine.

Location

This apartment is located in the Old Town district of the charming coastal resort of Menton on the Côte d\'Azur. The town is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens and beautiful beaches. There are three beaches within a 5-10 minutes\' walk, including the picturesque Plage des Sablettes and Esplanade Francis Palmero Park is approximately a 5-minute walk from the front door. There are an additional 4 gardens, all within a 10-minute drive.

The Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the Old Port are both a 5-minute walk. Visitors can also enjoy the Jean Cocteau Museum, which showcases a large collection of his works, and in February, the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits.

Guests will find amenities including a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. For the best local produce, visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 5-minute walk). Every day of the week, you can find the finest regional food, including cheese, fish and charcuterie.
