This recently built 2 floors maissonet is situated at a land of 2500 m2 just above the Viri beache an idyllic bay at South East Chios 25 KM from Chios airport and port.The house has balconies with a fantastic view and large garden with parking area .During summer months at viri beach, which is accesible through the property,there are all the amenities such as umbrellas, beach loungers snacks drinks etc.Komi a well known resort with sandy beach, many restaurants bar and taverns is 1.5 km away
Near the house there are also 2 taverns. Nenita is the biggest village around 5 km away wth supermarkets bakery pharmacy etc. The unique Mastic museum and Emporios beach ( mavra volia) are 10 minutes drive away .The famous Medieval Mastic villages ,Mesta Pyrgi etc are 20 minutes drive away . A number of beaches at small distance by car (such as Salagona Agia Dinami Vourlidia )can be explored
