Private vacation home

Our summer home is situated 25 KM southeast from chios centre at a land of 2500 m2 with its border to the Viri Beach a lovely bay. Literally the sound of the waves accompanies your dreams.The house is situated at the top of the land with a unique view .Using our private path our guests can enjoy swimming or just relaxing at Viri beach where there are beach facilities(umbrellas sunbeds and canteen with refreshments and snacs)
The biggest nearby village is Nenita 5 km away with supermarket farmacy etc.Komi a well known resort with sandy beach and many taverns bars etc is 1 km away.Emporios the most famous beach of chios known for the black stones is 2 km away Near the house at walking distance there are two taverns
Mesta Pyrgi Olympoi the famous medivial villages are 15 minutes drive awayOn the way there is and the new opened mastic museum
