On the first floor of this wonderful triplex you will find a comfortable terrace where you can relax after a long day of excursions or enjoying the sun and the sea. The house is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is distributed over three levels. On the first level we find the kitchen - living room equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and a ceramic hob. On this floor you will also find the first bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Then, on the second floor there is another bedroom with twin beds from which you can access the apartment's spectacular terrace and another bathroom with a shower. Spiral stairs on the terrace lead to the third bedroom with a double bed. In the house you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The house is located in Conil de la Frontera, a beautiful fishing village on the coast of Cádiz. Near the accommodation you have all necessary services: bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Conil is ideal for getting lost in its historic centre, enjoying the culture of the south and virgin beaches. We recommend you walk along Los Bateles beach and practice water sports or bike routes in the area. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed.
