C'an Hortensia is an attractive stone-clad country house with a private pool situated in the desirable area of La Font. Nestled in the countryside with lovely mountain views, the house is approximately a 30-minute walk/5 minute drive to old town Pollenca with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollenca are just 10 minutes by car. The house is traditional in style with beamed ceilings, tiled floors, exposed stone and whitewashed walls with rooms that are spacious and comfortably furnished throughout. It comprises; an entrance hall leading to a large lounge and dining area with direct access to a terrace, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with w/c. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor with two twin bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom and the other the use of a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning which is included in the rental rate and operated on a timer from 08.00 to 10.00 hrs and from 22.00 to 06.00 hrs. Outdoor living is one of the great pleasures of a holiday, and C'an Hortensia will not disappoint with a large garden, terraces and a sparkling private swimming pool with Roman steps. A covered terrace houses a built-in barbecue and comfortably furnished sun terraces offer plenty space for relaxation, pre-dinner drinks and al fresco dining.
