Enclosed in the olive grove -- surrounded by olive trees, mountains and the sea. Peaceful, calm, sunny and bright. There are no busy roads in the area.

Conveniently situated only 2kms away from the internationally renowned Costa Navarino Resort, where avid or beginner golfers may enjoy their practice and others may enjoy a more cosmopolitan environment. It may be accessed either by car or walking 30 minutes along the beach side.

TPI Golf Specialist on-site; a long time member of the four world class Costa Navarino local golf courses (Dunes, The Bay, The Hills, Olympic), available to assist booking tee-times or accompanying you on the golf course.

It is recommended that guests use a car for their daily transportation since all small villages around the area are not in walking distance from the villa.

Driving within 5 to 10 minutes one may explore the picturesque fishing villages of Gialova, Marathos and Pylos, which offer seafront bars and traditional, local food.

For guests who are interested in cultural or historical monuments, there is plenty to be discovered around the area.

Unfortunately, due to the villa's architecture with horizontal railings and large openings and for safety reasons, it is not suitable for children under 12years old.
