It is 98sq.m. and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 masters), a cosy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped and modern kitchen, 3 bathroomsrooms (2 of them en suite). The house is within walking distance from the two beautiful sandy beaches (300 m.) Akti Pantazi and Platia Ammos and within walking distance from the beautiful village of Aghios Nikolaos. The house is landed in a big private garden full of olive trees and other local plants with a great view from the upper veranda.

It is ideal for family vacations since it offers a private garden full of olive trees and a variety of sea shores within walking distance (300m-Pantazi Beach). In addition, the village of Aghios Nicholaos is approximately 1000 m. walking distance away from the house, where you can find restaurants, mini marke, cafes, bakery etc. A very good restaurant-caffe 300 m. from the house on the sea shore , is considered to be one of the best in the region. There is no need for using a car, unless you want to visit other villages nearby, Stoupa or Kardamili for more sea shores or many sea activities.

The house is also ideal for couples, who are looking for relaxing, private and romantic holidays.It is quiet but not isolated. From the upper veranda you can enjoy wonderful romantic dinners with great sea view hearing only the sound of the sea. In your private garden you can enjoy wonderful sunny breakfasts. The sea shore close to the house offers the opportunity for morning and afternoon swimming.
