Situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a newly built apartment building this contemporary retreat is conveniently located a short walk from the local beach and comfortably sleeps six guests.

The property enjoys shared use of a swimming pool (unheated) and a spacious sun terrace. Guests also have the option of relaxing on a private terrace or balcony which belong to the apartment. Both are comfortably furnished with outside furniture and enjoy a view of the sea.

Inside, the spacious open-plan living space enjoys two large sets of sliding glass doors that bathe the area in natural light. This area is elegantly furnished with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a large digital flatscreen HDTV and a dining table, guests will also find the modern, well-equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located in the picturesque coastal town of Crikvenica on the Adriatic Sea. It is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade and rich history. The town’s beaches are renowned for their clear waters and well-maintained facilities (the closest is a 6-minute walk). Guests can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, sailing, water skiing and beach volleyball.

There is also a charming old town with a museum and a pretty harbour. Various boat trips are available from Crikvenica, allowing visitors to explore nearby islands such as Krk and Rab. The seaside town is also a renowned health resort that utilises the healing properties of the sea. Visitors can enjoy various wellness treatments, including seawater baths, mud packs and massages.

The Kotor Village (an open-air museum) and the Love Path (a hiking area in nature) are both less than a 10-minute drive away. There is also an olive mill, an Aquarium and biking trails to the valley of Vinodol through the countryside.

The nearest international airport is Rijeka International Airport which is a 20-minute drive from the apartment.
