Situated on the third floor of a historic building this stylish apartment provides spacious accommodation for up to 4 guests and is ideally located in the heart of Menton’s characterful Old Town.

The picturesque Plage des Sablettes beach, the Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the resorts’ Old Port are all approximately a 3-minute walk from the front door.

Inside, the apartment enjoys a large living room furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a dining table, and air conditioning. Large picture windows flood the rooms with natural light. The modern kitchen opens onto a small balcony and is equipped with, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge.

Location

The property is located on the Côte d\'Azur in the Old Town district of the charming coastal resort of Menton. Guests will find amenities including; a bakery, pharmacy and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. For the best local produce visitors can head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (a 4-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish and charcuteries.

The town is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens and beautiful beaches. There are three beaches within a 5-10 minutes\' walk including the picturesque Plage des Sablettes and Esplanade Francis Palmero Park is approximately a 5-minute walk from the front door. There are another 4 gardens all less than a 10-minute drive away.

The Baroque Basilica of St Michel and the Old Port are both a 3-minute walk. Visitors can also enjoy the Jean Cocteau Museum which showcases a large collection of his works and in February the unique Fête du Citron celebrates Menton’s renowned citrus fruits.

The closest international airport is Nice Airport (NCE), a 35-minute drive from the accommodation.
