Relax in this airy apartment on the famous Promenade du Soleil, directly on the beach! This 1st floor apartment sleeps 4 people, so is ideal for friends or family who want to enjoy Menton’s beaches, culture and glamorous restaurants or bars.

Victoria Beach is a contemporary 7-storey, beachfront residence that is elegant and quiet. The apartment is spacious with glass doors opening onto the private terrace, which acts as an outdoor living/dining space, looking out over an attractive garden. Furnished with a table and chairs, the terrace is the perfect place to relax in privacy.

Indoors, the open-plan living area is furnished with a modern sofa, a large flat-screen TV and a small dining table next to the corner kitchen. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.

Sleeping
Bedroom: The master bedroom, with a glass door out onto the terrace, has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed with wardrobe storage.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Location
Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. The long beach in front of the apartment stretches up to the Plage de Fossan (6 minutes walk) which is popular with families thanks to the park and children’s playground nearby.

All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (15-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.

Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
