Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, WiFi, SAMART TV and satellite and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite (plus a third off the pool terrace) ensure that comfort levels remain pleasantly high.In addition to the lawn and poolside sun terrace two separate covered terraces are on hand to provide shade from the summer heat plus an attractive choice of options for dining, reading or snoozing!

From the east facing kitchen window and various vantage points around the grounds there is a lovely view across lush shrubs and oleander bushes to the sanctuary-topped Puig de Maria.



This part of Mallorca has it all… and it is all within easy distance! Strolling or cycling the intricate country byways is always a pleasure, as is taking a dip in the benign waters of the Mediterranean, enjoying the local water sports or just lazing on one of the sandy beaches at Cala Sant Vicenç (6km) or Port de Pollença (7km). There are many shops and lovely restaurants close by, the nearest (Es Moli) just 1.5km away is well known for its incredible value ‘menu del dia’ at lunchtime.
