Villa Beato with private pool is a beautiful holiday home in a sought-after location. The property is surrounded by stunning mountain views and overlooks the Calvari, offering peace and tranquillity whilst the main square of old town Pollenca with an array of shops, restaurants and bars is within easy walking distance (10/15 mins). The villa accommodates 5 guests and has been lovingly restored by the owners, maintaining many of its original features and blending a mixture of antiques with all the comfort of modern appliances and soft furnishings ensuring guests will have their perfect Mallorca villa holiday. Approached through pretty lawned gardens and up to a well-furnished porch that runs the width of the property leads to the front door. Inside, the downstairs rooms radiate off the entrance hall, to the right is a well fitted modern kitchen/breakfast room which boasts ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a laundry room with washing machine is adjacent. Large patio doors also lead out to the front porch ensuring easy access for those meals al-fresco. Leading off from the hall is the large light and airy lounge/dining room which is comfortably furnished, there is a wood burning stove and a smart TV. Patio doors lead both to the front porch and also the paved back terrace, which overlooks the village. An original staircase takes you up to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, firstly a master double bedroom with en-suite shower and dressing room which shares a terrace overlooking Pollenca with the second charming twin bedded room adjacent. Across the landing is the beautifully tiled family bathroom and finally a single bedroom with a larger than normal size antique bed. Within the lawn gardens, the private pool with roman steps into the shallow end for children takes pride of place beside the house. There are sun loungers and outdoor furniture plus a stone-built barbeque with an original bread oven and a second outside dining area behind the pool. Due to its excellent location, there are plenty of opportunities to try a variety of activities, walking, cycling or enjoying the beach at nearby Port de Pollenca.
