Additionally, this property is a short drive away from the famous beaches of Algaiarens. Outside, you are greeted by a glistening swimming pool framed by sun loungers and set within a green garden of over 2500 square metres decorated by traditional statues and striking ornaments. Under the covered terrace, guests can respite from the hot sun by day, and cook up a family feast on the barbeque by night. The living room has direct access to the terrace for optimum convenience. Providing the villa with a special luminosity, an interior patio is located within the centre of the house. Additionally, a garage with space for two cars, an additional freezer and basket ball hoop, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. Comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, Villa Bell Veure features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all bedrooms have air conditioning for night time comfort.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 60cm wide. There is a small lip through the patio doors. The path to the pool area is 190cm wide. The poolside terrace is flat with tiles and a lawn on either side. You have to walk on the lawn to get from the front to the back of the villa externally. This is a ground-floor property. There is 1 step from the kitchen to the dining area, and 1 internal step in the lounge. The bedroom at the end of the hallway has a door width of 67cm, whilst the shower room door is 69cm wide.
