This bright, fully furnished apartment is ideal for both business and leisure stays. Located on the second floor in Calahonda, it offers comfort, space, and a relaxing setting.

The apartment consists of four rooms and enjoys a strategic location, featuring pleasant garden and pool views. The beach is just a few minutes away, making it an excellent choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay.



The Space:

The house is non-smoking and fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. The kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including dishes, tableware, and full-size appliances such as an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area includes one double sofa bed in the living room and three bedrooms with a total of two double beds and two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

Lastly, the private terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts by the swimming pool and features a barbecue and outdoor dining area for relaxed meals outdoors.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Calahonda is well connected by road and public transport, allowing easy trips to La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, and Málaga Airport. It’s a great base for enjoying the beach, golf courses, outdoor activities, and exploring the surrounding towns.

The closest stop (~4 min walk) at Sitio de Calahonda is served by buses connecting along the coast — you can travel to Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, and beyond without a car.

🚶 On Foot

Calahonda itself is a walkable neighbourhood — you can reach shops, cafés, and the beach within 15–30 minutes on foot, depending on where you’re headed.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
