The villa includes three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, enabling you to prepare delicious meals. Step outside to the private patio or balcony and enjoy the stunning sea views. The outdoor space also includes a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco dining. Getting Around:

Getting around our villa is easy. Public transport options include local buses with stops within a short walk, providing convenient access to Málaga city center and surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Málaga Airport (AGP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. Free parking is available on the street in front of the property, offering hassle-free convenience for guests with vehicles. The villa's location offers a perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility.



Other Things to Note:

Just a few helpful details to make your stay more enjoyable and stress-free:



📌 Parking: public street parking is available outside the complex.

📌 GAS for the BBQ needs to be pre-ordered minimum 1 day prior to arrival and comes with a fee of 15 EUR.

📌 Noise: The community is calm and relaxing—quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM help keep it that way for everyone.

📌 Check-in/out: We offer flexible check-in when possible—just share your estimated arrival time. Standard check-out is by 11 AM.

📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine.

📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.



To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €500. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed.



Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following a quick inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner.



Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in form has been filled out.
