Pollensa Old Town is only 5 minutes' drive away, where you can experience the old-world charm of its cobbled streets and attractive square. Puerto Pollensa is just a 10 minute drive away with traditional restaurants, lively tapas bars and stunning golden sandy beaches. Back at the villa why not enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool or rustle up some Mediterranean dishes on the BBQ and dine alfresco under the shady covered terrace. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Joan Toni is located between Pollensa Old Town just 5 minutes drive away and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa within a 10 minute drive. Puerto Pollensa has an array of eateries to dine at and a fantastic selection of beach bars where you can sip on a sundowner with the sand between your toes. There is a stylish marina with impressive yachts moored and the popular Pine Walk along the seafront. The stunning crescent shaped bay with golden sandy beaches have excellent facilities for all the family. Plus, the charming Pollensa Old Town is a short drive away where you can really experience an authentic Majorcan lifestyle.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
