Apartment

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Tate is a spacious 120 square meter apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in Madrid's trendy Salamanca district. The design is chic and not overcomplicated, playing with light and dark tones and wooden detailing. To the left of the entrance, there is a modern kitchen fully furnished for all one's cooking needs.

Across the hall, the living room has an L-shaped couch facing the Smart TV, and a round dining area with a unique lantern-style lamp hanging above. The first bedroom, past the kitchen, has a custom made geometric wooden detailing on the walls behind the queen-size bed. The room comes with ample closet space and a full size mirror. The second bedroom, with queen-sized bed, shares the characteristic geometric pattern, contrasting light wood with a strong teal. Located between the two bedrooms, the first bathroom has a full shower and a bidet.

On the other side of the entrance, the ensuite bedroom has a hallway lined with closets and a private work area. One of the most impressive features of the bedroom is the custom wood panelling on the ceiling. The ensuite bathroom comes with double washbasin and a bathtub with shower. All bed and bath linens are provided.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
