The villa was built on an old farmhouse constructed in 1920, which has been fully renovated to modern standards, making it the first part of a large project that has been operational since 2017. The villa has a minimal Cycladic style and offers an endless panoramic view of the gulf of Naousa and the surrounding islands. It comprises a spacious bedroom with a built-in double bed, expansive living room with a fireplace and a breathtaking view of the Aegean, and a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances. The vast bathroom is made of traditional cement mortars and exudes a feeling of cool luxury.



The indoor and outdoor terraces of the villa are connected with the same colored mosaics, giving a sense of traditional architecture and freedom. The villa also boasts two exterior sitting rooms with pergolas, one with built-in sofas and a large table, and the other with immediate access to the small heated pool - Jacuzzi of 10 sq m.
