On the lower level, two additional bedrooms provide flexibility for families or friends, complemented by one or two bathrooms depending on layout. Ceiling fans and individual A/C units ensure comfort throughout.



Outside, spacious verandas, private terraces, and sea views set the tone for long alfresco meals and quiet mornings. Enjoy outdoor dining, use of the BBQ, and strolls through landscaped gardens.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full private access to the entire villa, including both levels, private balconies, gardens, and outdoor dining areas. Secure entry is provided, and free parking is available nearby.
