Villa Marcela with a private pool is a traditional country house with extensive gardens, beautiful mountain views and a great location. Set in the idyllic countryside between the resorts of Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and Cala San Vicente means you can be in the heart of the old town or relaxing on one of the fantastic beaches in just a 10-minute drive. The house sleeps up to 6 guests in spacious interiors, furnished in a typical Mallorcan style with features including beamed ceilings, tiled floors and whitewashed walls. Distributed over two floors, it comprises a large living/dining room, a separate modern, well-equipped kitchen with a pantry. These rooms have French doors that open out to the terrace, pool and garden. A utility room with a toilet and an attractive twin bedroom with a full bathroom adjacent to it complete this level. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms (1 double/1 twin) and second full bathroom. The bedrooms are all light and bright with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and free standing fans. The house is approached along a colourful oleander-lined drive to private parking and a mature garden with fig, olive trees and lawn. There are spacious furnished terraces that surround the private pool which has Roman steps and a covered stone-built barbecue area, perfect for lazy days and relaxed evenings dining alfresco. Villa Marcela provides a peaceful retreat for relaxing holidays with family/friends and is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor living in the countryside whilst also having easy access to amenities, restaurants, sandy beaches and attractions!

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am. These times cannot be extended and/or changed. In addition, clients will have free standing fans.
