Villa Anita is a traditional style Mallorcan villa with a private pool that offers a very convenient location just 10 minutes walk to old town Pollenca and 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port de Pollenca. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town in a peaceful area offering beautiful mountain views and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. The interiors include traditional features, such as beamed ceilings and tiled floors which have been mixed with modern furnishings. There are 3 bright air-conditioned bedrooms that share a family bathroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a comfortable lounge/dining room. Double doors open out from the lounge onto the large and shady covered terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool area. Steps down from the terrace lead to a good sized private pool with Roman steps and sun loungers, this area has different types of plants, trees, flowers and bushes surrounding it which provides plenty of privacy for sunbathing or cooling off in the pool. There is also a handy exterior bathroom (shower, w/c), a covered terrace with a pool table, table tennis and of course a brick-built barbecue for grilled meals enjoyed alfresco. Villa Anita is ideal for families/friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a countryside location whilst having the option to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of Old Town Pollenca!
