This striking modern home occupies a commanding position above the beautiful bay of Es Torrent, affording wonderful views across the sparkling waters of the bay and the craggy cliffs and coves of Ibiza’s south coast.



The terraced gardens around Villa Buena feature outside spaces that have been designed to make the most of the glorious sea views. Step outside onto the terrace to find a shaded dining table, seating ten. Alongside, the heated infinity pool slips away to a glass wall overlooking a further sun terrace with an al-fresco bar.



The bar area offers another dining area, seating six, a Sonos sound system, and a barbeque. Relax on one of the giant loungers for a great view of the pool and the house or, in the other direction, the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.



Manicured gardens wrap around the house to reveal a further chill out space with exterior seating looking out over the bay. Steps here wind back up the building to the wonderful first floor terrace, so that wherever you are in this beautiful home you find yourself wowed by the view.



Inside, the sleek modern kitchen looks out over the pool and the sea beyond. The glass walls on the south side of the building maximise the impact of the view throughout the open-plan living room and breakfast table.



On the first floor, a large master suite features a king-size bed and a huge private terrace. Relax in the large free-standing bathtub to soak up the incredible vista of sparkling sea, or head onto the terrace to enjoy the vista from the hot-tub.



The other two double rooms both have en-suite bathrooms with rain showers.
