The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor making it easy for even the elderly tourists to access and it comes with a lovely private garden that is fenced to provide the desired safety for those coming with their children and pets. The cosy garden has open-air dining to enjoy meals in fresh Alpine air, meanwhile inside, the apartment comes with an extensive books library, DVD player and a gaming console to unwind and entertain.

The apartment has been recently renovated and it features typical alpine furnishing with a hint of retro style. The suggestive portico leads directly to the well-equipped living room, where there is a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, the books library, and direct access to the garden. The kitchen has every possible utility to prepare meals, from a dishwasher to a fridge and a coffee machine.

The holiday apartment enjoys a charming location in the old village of Melezet from where the sky slopes are a short 5-minute walk and Bardonecchia, is a 20-minute walk or a quick 4-minute drive. In Bardonecchia, guests can enjoy the Alpine Coaster, ski bars and restaurants for the perfect apres ski session. For hiking lovers, there are natural and artificial hiking areas: an artificial lake is a 4-minute walk; Lungo-Roscello della Valle is a 10-minute drive, meanwhile, the Nature Preserve-Lago di Pesca is a 17-minutes drive.

A pizzeria and a free shuttle service to the centre are located just next door to facilitate a carefree stay.
