Welcome to Casares and the stunning seaview Urb Agusta next to the legendary golf club Finca Cortesin has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasions, one of the world’s most prestigious professional golf tournaments and host venue of the Solheim Cup 2023.
The Space:
When you step trough the doors of the apartment, you will be met by a bright and tastefully furnished apartment with stunning golf, nature and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen is to the left, and you have a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, stove and oven, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook on your vacation.
Further, you have the stunning living room with a dining table for 6, comfortable sofa with beanbags in front of the large smart-tv and high speed internet.
Going out to the first terrace, you got a large dining group that sits 6 persons with stunning views and a lounge group. Taking the stairs up to the private roof terrace, you got sun all day, sun loungers, a dining group and a charcoal BBQ.
There is 3 bedrooms where the master bedroom has a large double bed, ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace, the second bedroom has a double bed and own access to the terrace and the third bedroom features a single bed with a pull-out double option, perfect for kids or for extra sleeping space during your stay.
There is a total of 2 full bathrooms and one toilet.
The apartment is fully equipped with A/C i all the rooms, shared outdoor pool, private parking in garage, smart-tv, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of linen and towels per person.
The Neighborhood:
Casares is a small but enchanting village located about half an hour northwest of Estepona. Here in this village you can wander around in small, winding alleys. The apartment is located about 20 min drive from Casares village and just 8 minutes to the beach of Bahia Casares where you have supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and a stunning view of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.
Other Things to Note:
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
