Casa Blanca is a wonderful high standard holiday villa, located on the outskirts of the idyllic fishermen’s village Carvoeiro, at only a few minutes’ drive from the centre, the nearest beaches and golf courses.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms (one of which a suite) with spacious fitted wardrobes and built-in safe. One bedroom also has a TV, DVD player and direct access to a terrace. There are 3 bathrooms (two with bath/shower and toilet, one by the pool with toilet and shower).

The sunroom in front of the dining area makes it possible to enjoy meals outdoors even in the winter months.

The neatly kept garden with ocean views offers large terraces with several seating areas (covered terrace and the roof terrace included) and a pool (heatable at extra cost) with sun loungers. The sensor-controlled outdoor LED lighting (automatically turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn), ensures a beautifully lit garden.

There is an electric entrance gate with numeric code control, a video intercom with gate opener inside the front door and there are two spacious parking spaces on the plot.

During the winter season (November till March) the enery costs will be charged separately, according to consumption.
