Villa Tranquila is a stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with beautifully manicured gardens and private pool located in Presa da Moura, Carvoeiro within easy walking distance of the striking clifftops of Vale da Lapa. Within a 15 minute walk of the villa there are a few restaurants, coffee shops and mini market. The popular seaside town of Carvoeiro with its many shops, bars, restaurants and beach is just a 5 minute drive. Another short 5 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo.



Located in such a central location, the villa is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.



The villa is designed to make the most of outdoor living. It offers numerous spacious terraces, private outdoor pool, barbecue area and a large first floor terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean.



The accommodation is set out over 2 floors and comprises of spacious entrance hall, a fully equipped and open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 en-suite bedrooms, guest WC and a second sitting room.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.



A cot and high chair are available.



Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
