The brand new villa, where the architectural design is combined perfectly with the luxurious decoration, takes your breath away. Located in the heart of Daratso, just a few steps from the beach and stores. Captivating the experience of a dreamy island getaway, the stunning L2 villa offers a wonderful retreat for magical holidays overlooking the natural beauty of the landscape.

Indoor facilities
The ground floor is made up of a living area with a 55’ TV with satellite channels, a dining room for 8 guests, a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Another bedroom exists on the same floor with a double-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a private terrace with a sitting area on the balcony. The residence is completely transparent with a wide sliding window system.

Outdoor facilities
The outside areas are an extension of the house with various sunbeds and a BBQ area, and right next to this, there is a dining table for you and your friends to sit, taste, and enjoy an amazing evening under the starry night sky. The pool surrounds sunbeds where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the Greek sun. The residence at night lights up inside and out, presenting openness and clarity elements that represent modern architecture at its finest. The minimalism combined with luxury creates the perfect combination for a memorable stay!

Villa L2 is part of a complex with two luxury villas, one close to the other, each with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
