Villa Litsarda is a picturesque 4-bedroom villa with a lovely private pool of 70 sqm in the peaceful village of Litsarda. It is conveniently situated 2 km from the charming town of Vamos and 6 km from the nearest sandy beach of Almyrida. Guests can experience four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms and an inviting open-plan area that includes a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen in a very beautiful landscape of Cretan nature. A car is recommended to explore the nearby towns and Crete.

Villa Litsarda is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area featuring lush landscapes, local trees and a private pool of 70 sqm! Constructed with dominant materials of wood and stone, the villa features an open-plan area with a living room corner, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are provided, one bedroom with two beds converting to a double bed if needed, and another bedroom with two twin beds.

The upper floor offers two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and another with two twin beds that can be converted if needed.

Amenities include wireless internet, a 37-inch TFT satellite television, a DVD player, a stereo system, and two 21-inch televisions in two of the bedrooms. A dishwasher and a washing machine are also available.

Outside, a spacious swimming pool with a children corner is provided. Sun loungers for every guest and some sun umbrellas are also available.

Additionally, there is an outdoor dining table, a barbecue corner, and a seating area for your enjoyment.

Litsarda is a traditional village, 2 km from Vamos and 25 km east of the beautiful town of Chania. Litsarda is located along a land ridge and is surrounded by several deserted hamlets, which make good exploring either for hikers, horseback riders or cyclists. The village is popular for its renowned pizza house, which draws customers from all over the area, and does cater for vegetarian dishes. There is also a small traditional cafe.

The nearby town of Vamos has a large number of amenities, including bakery, an ATM, a butcher & fishmonger, a mini-market, a hairdresser, traditional cafes, petrol station, post office, tavernas, traditional craft shops and a few excellent tavernas for locals and tourists.
