Location

Perched at the top of the wooded valley overlooking the long sandy beach just 900m away, Villa Mounda Apollo enjoys views that stretch across the Ionian Sea to the island of Zante. The long soft sands shelve gently into the clear waters, and with just a few sunbeds and a couple of tavernas & snack bars, Mounda beach has a near-deserted and natural feel to it. Indeed, in both directions this stretch of coastline takes in several protected areas where the endangered loggerhead turtles come to nest.

Just a short drive away, the village of Skala offers a number of good tavernas & cafes, shops, quiet nightlife, and even watersports from the fabulous beach for the more adventurous. The added convenience of several supermarkets means you are never far from everything you might need for a relaxed holiday. From the villa, a short walk brings you to the small village of Ratzikli with a cafe and plenty of traditional character.

Sea View Swimming Pool (Gated) - 4m x 8m tiled swimming pool. Depth 0.90m to 1.80m. Ladder entry.

Sea View Sun terrace - sunbeds with umbrellas and a small table with chairs to the side.

Sea View Covered Dining terrace - pergola with dining table and chairs near brick BBQ.

Garden - Lawn with trees and hammock plus garden with children's slide and swings.

Three Sea View Balconies - all with wonderful sea views and all have coffee table and chairs.

Ground Floor - Open plan living area. Air Con unit

Kitchen area - Fitted cupboards, dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and sink with sea view.

Sitting area - Two comfy leather sofas, plasma TV with satellite (limited channels/news only) and DVD player, Wifi and large doors to covered dining terrace, garden and pool.

Dining area - Table and chairs.

Shower room - Shower, hand basin, WC and washing machine.

Double Bedroom - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, mirror with dressing table and doors to sea and garden view balcony. Air Con Unit.





First Floor

Double Bedroom with en suite bath room - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, mirror with dressing table, doors to sea view balcony.. En suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, hand basin, WC. Air Con Unit.

Twin Bedroom - 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, mirror with dressing table and large doors to sea view balcony. Air Con Unit.

Shower room - shower, hand basin and WC.





Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.



Parking area just outside the door of the villa.
