This apartment is on the ground floor of Residence Chateau Vallaya, a small tiered complex of 24 apartments built in 2005. The living-room opens onto an L-shaped patio and private garden looking south and west over the harbour of Garavan in Menton. There are 2 bedrooms, one double en suite and one twin with shower room. A separate WC is provided off the hall. The kitchen which is off the sejour, has a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven & ceramic hob. TV and Wi-fi, are also supplied. All towels/bed linen (not beach towels) are provided. The main entrance is on the top floor with lift access to all apartments. Our excellent location means you do not need a car, but a private parking is provided if necessary.
There is also a well maintained communal garden with fine palms & ornamental trees surrounding the pool which has a deck for sunbathing.
