newly built duplex-attic apartment with 20m2 terrace. we have looked for comfort and functionality for our guests.

the apartment has three large windows that provide natural light. on the upper floor, you can find the bedroom with a queen size bed (1.50 x 1.90m), a bathroom with shower and a large terrace of more than 20 m2 for private use. on the lower floor, there is a living room and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay. there is also a three-seat sofa convertible into a double bed.

each floor has air conditioning and heating. our plasma tv has a built-in chromecast device, which will allow you to connect with all the existing applications on the guest's mobile of the type: netflix, youtube, spotify, hbo, etc.

there is parking in alcazaba public car park, 200 meters from the apartment. check availability and price.

it is located just 300 meters from the area of the roman theatre, the alcazaba or the picasso museum.

despite being very central, it is quiet and without traffic noise or bars / restaurants
Newly constructed building of three floors, with three apartments. One on each floor.
Picacho Bajo, is located on the floor at street level. It is a studio of 30 meters, comfortable for 2 people and with everything you need for your stay in Malaga.
In Picacho 1, we have a larger studio, with the possibility to accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a couple with a couple of children. It also has two large windows with lots of light, a large bathroom with a spacious shower, and a comfortable kitchen office.

In Picacho 2, you can enjoy more space and features. It is a duplex penthouse with a private terrace of about 20 square meters on the top floor, along with a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor is the living room, kitchen and a large bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for 2 couples or for a couple with 2 children. On the terrace, you can enjoy two sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the good weather in Malaga after a day of visiting the city.

In all our apartments we have looked for the comfort and functionality for our guests. The decoration is sober and elegant, looking for an atmosphere of harmony. All our apartments have a kitchen with features to make you stay more pleasant with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster...

The building is located a few meters from the area of the Teatro. Romano, La Alcazaba or the Picasso Museum. It is within walking distance of the Cathedral, Muelle Uno in the Port or Larios street.
