Villa Geneva is perfectly positioned on a headland offering panoramic views of the turquoise waters and the white beach of Barbati, with a footpath through the garden that leads to the properties private jetty and gate giving you direct access to the beach below. This fabulous house is fully air conditioned and furnished in a classic style creating a homely and comfortable atmosphere to suit a large family or group of 10 guests. Distributed over two floors are 5 bedrooms that all enjoy views over the pool and to the sea beyond, 5 bathrooms (4 en-suite), a utility room, a modern equipped kitchen that opens to a terrace, designed for leisurely breakfasts whilst soaking up the views to the beach and a very large living area/drawing room with fireplace, International TV (IPTV) and patio doors. Outside in the colourful gardens spacious patio areas surround the large swimming pool with a separate paddling pool for children and there are ample sun loungers/extra large parasols. A relaxing chill-out area with comfortable wicker furniture is ideal for pre-dinner drinks before enjoying a meal in the delightful covered dining area with seating for ten. Villa Geneva has one of the best locations on the North East Coast and provides its' guests with a perfect retreat in a magical haven as the setting and views are simply magnificent!
