Barbati Alpha MiniVilla enjoys a truly stunning prime location just a couple of steps away from the famous beach of Barbati, well known for its crystal clear waters, glorious sunny weather, glamorous beach bars. Built with comfort and style in mind and carefully recently renovated, Barbati Alpha MiniVilla can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Thanks to its large private wide terraces (both at front and at rear), beautiful sea views, air-conditioned interiors, close proximity to amenities of any kind (including a shared swimming pool), this is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a superior holiday experience without the need to rely constantly on a car: being located in second line from the seafront, no steep walks are required to get to/from the beach!



Inside, the house is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and recently redecorated. Huge windows provide plenty of natural light and panoramic views over the Ionian Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. Entrance is onto the spacious and air-conditioned lounge with adjoining kitchenette and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, wi-fi internet connection, patio doors leading both to one terrace at the front and one terrace at the back (which is shaded by a beautiful olive tree). The kitchenette is well equipped and functional, ideal for the preparation of light meals and snacks. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with its own shower room and fitted wardrobe. The bedroom has direct access to the front terrace too. Well lit stairs lead up up to the first floor, where the master bedroom suite is located. Spacious, air-conditioned and with high beamed ceilings, this bedroom (once again with fitted wardrobe and shower room) has its private terrace overlooking the sea: a true delight both by day and night!



Outside, the large terraces of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, are the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle sound of the waves (portable BBQ is also available). Guests staying at Barbati Alpha MiniVilla also has access to a large, shared pool located 250m from the house, which also features a great poolside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (a la carte). The pool is open from the 1st of May until the 31st of October (as the pool is run by an independent company, please be so kind to verify prior booking the information about opening dates when traveling in low season). Yet, with such a perfect beach just steps away from your doorstep, the choice between sea and pool will be really hard! Private, reserved parking for 1 car is available on the premises. Laundry facilities with washing machine / dryer are also available.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Wi-fi internet, air-doncitioning, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.
