An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where a second bedroom, a spacious shower/WC, and a lovely open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connect to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level features large French windows that open to a spacious veranda, complete with patio furniture and breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding area.



The villa also features a 25 sqm private swimming pool with an attached kids' pool and a shaded area (pergola) housing a barbecue and outdoor furniture – perfect for enjoying your meals al fresco. The property is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi and satellite TV, and it includes its own parking area.

Plakias is a coastal settlement located in southern Crete, 40 kilometers south of Rethymno.
