Villa Celest is a brand-new (July 2025), modern designed villa, peacefully and privately located on a hillside with breathtaking views over the valley toward Plakias and the Libyan Sea. This modern holiday home combines comfort, privacy, and style with an unparalleled sense of space and tranquility.

Interior
The villa offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, ideal for couples or families who value privacy.
• Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, washbasin, and toilet, and sliding doors leading to a cozy terrace with phenomenal views.
• Bedroom 2, right next door, has a similar layout with built-in wardrobes behind the bed, and also a private rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
• Bedroom 3, upstairs, has two single beds placed together. It also offers a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin, as well as a private terrace. Possibly with the most stunning view of all.
A long hallway with an extra toilet and washing machine leads to the spacious, light-filled living room. Large windows offer panoramic views and bring the outside in. The modern kitchen is equipped with a cooking island and integrated extractor, ideal for food lovers. A large, comfy lounge sofa provides the perfect place to relax on cozy evenings indoors.
Please note: The villa is less suitable for young children (under 6 years old) without a swimming diploma and for guests with limited mobility due to stairs and its hillside location.

Exterior
The outdoor area is a true holiday paradise. Furthermore, strong winds often hit southern Crete, but this is practically non-existent. The location makes it much more pleasant. On the spacious terrace, you'll find:
• A large dining table under a veranda next to the outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue.
• A central infinity pool surrounded by four sun loungers.
• A wonderful outdoor rain shower, perfect after a day in the sun.
The villa is accessed via a private driveway with parking and several steps. Its position provides complete privacy, peace, and stunning views.

Surroundings
The villa is nestled between the traditional villages of Sellia and Plakias, accessible via a quiet unpaved road, a car is essential. In Plakias (approx. 10 minutes by car) you’ll find shops, restaurants, a sandy beach, and various water sports. For hikers and peace seekers, the surrounding area offers numerous trails through olive groves and along scenic gorges.
