La Residenza Masseria Pettolecchia is your private masseria located in Fasano, the heart of Puglia on the bottom of the boot of Italy. The villa is dated back to the 15th Century and the structure has been maintained to provide an authentic Italian historical feel.
The grounds at this historic luxury villa include a large swimming pool, parasols and plenty of padded sun loungers. Serve refreshments from the outdoor bar, or try out local specialties in the comfort of one of the al-fresco dining areas. Inside, you’ll find an espresso machine for good mornings and a wine fridge and roulette table for even better evenings, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi. For your comfort and convenience, your stay at the masseria includes the services of a butler, housekeeper and nighttime security guard.
The strong lines of the villa’s stone walls and arched doorways set the tone for its palatial interiors, filled with one-of-a-kind antiques and paintings in the elegant traditional style. To set off classic pieces like the portraits and landscapes in gilded frames, however, the villa also has more modern furnishings, from a playful cherry-red sofa and armchairs to clean-lined dining chairs. The fully equipped minimalist kitchen is beautifully integrated into the original building, with super sleek cabinetry built into the textured stone walls.
Five bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, can accommodate up to 11 guests. Along with the villa’s staff, air conditioning in the bedrooms ensures your comfort on the warmest summer nights, and large windows and doors opening to a terrace and the surrounding olive groves let in both fresh air and plenty of Italian sunshine.
