The 3- or 4-bed solution is a studio apartment with a loft. There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, induction cooktop, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, heating.
On the large estate there are barbecue and relaxation areas shared by all guests, vegetable garden tended by the owners and available to guests, covered parking spaces, outdoor parking.

dating back to the late `700s.
The result of a careful restoration
that preserves its original beauty, the Maestrale apartment is a studio
that makes the most of its space under a typical star vault.
The entrance is on the ground floor, into a living room furnished with a kitchenette, dining table and chairs, 1 140-cm sofa bed and the TV. From here starts the staircase leading to the loft, on which there is 1 double bedroom. A shower room completes the house.
The
property is open all year round and is the ideal starting point for
those wishing to visit the Valle d`Itria and enjoy the nearby beaches on
the Adriatic Sea.

Marcantonio is located in the countryside of Pezze di Greco, in the
Fasano area, just 4 km from Torre Canne and the beautiful beaches and
coves that unfold along the Adriatic coast.
The location is
perfect for enjoying the quiet nature of Puglia, while at the same time
exploring the most beautiful villages of the Valle d`Itria, all just a
few kilometers away. 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
