“Green Suite” (Villa Terre Bianche) is a brand-new villa located within a large piece of land above a hill overhanging the sea. The property offers a large well-maintained garden with golf practice in the large green garden and a beautiful infinity swimming pool with Sea View. All golf equipment is provided and guests are free to play whenever they want, for free!
The land surrounding the villa is well maintained with olive trees and also a pond with fishes and turtles. The owner is very respectful of the environment and uses very little or no chemical on the property and for the pool.
The villa itself is completely independent and it is located right next to the swimming pool with.
The villa offers 2 double bedrooms of which one ensuite, a quadruple room (beds can be configured on your preferences), 2 more bathrooms, a living room and a large outside kitchen with view over the garden and the sea.
The villa is completely furnished in a modern stile, most of the rooms are air conditioned. A spacious Terrace offers a lounge corner, a dining area and the main kitchen, all with Sea View. Free Wi-Fi, barbecue and private parking are also available.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests. The pool is available from late April until mid October (may vary of some days depending on weather conditions).
