Welcome to our brand new modern suite on the fourth floor in a family building. It's located on a quiet street and at the same time it's just on 10 min by car to downtown and 15 min to the airport. You can reach the city center walking to a very nice street with restaurants, bars and cafes. Serdika Mall and Geo Milev park nearby.
Our comfortable and stylish furnished suite has 2 bedrooms, one with a fully equipped kitchen( glass ceramic hot plate, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle,washing machine, dryer) and a bathroom with WC and shower. There is another small storage room, where is located the dryer and some shelves for your extra luggage. At your disposal are clean bed sheets and towels, iron, ironing board, clothesline, etc. Generally can accommodate 4, but it's more comfortable for 2 people (sofa goes to a bed size -140/200 cm). For our baby guests we can provide a crib.
You have free wi-fi access, free cable TV and a very nice garden in the backyard.

The host lives on the first floor, so if it's needed we have 24 hours interaction with the guests.
At the apartment you can find city maps and leaflets for some restaurants.

The living area is very calm and there are very good restaurants, local supermarkets, beauty salon, dry cleaning, shoemaker, pharmacy. If you need some extras, you can find them in the mall nearby(one of the biggest in Sofia).

The bus stop and cab-rank are within 50 m. The tram is about 400 -500m away.(ticket price - 0.80 euro-1.60BGN)
